ReframeSpace is a clinician-designed six-session process for people navigating periods of transition, identity shift, burnout, or internal misalignment.

The work focuses on understanding the patterns, roles, adaptations, and inherited expectations shaping your current way of living, and exploring what becomes possible when those patterns are seen more clearly.

This is not a performance or optimisation programme.

It is not about becoming a different person.

It is about understanding how you came to function the way you do, identifying what is no longer sustainable, and developing a more intentional relationship with yourself, your work, your needs, and your future direction.

Reframe Space follows a structured arc over three months with 1:1 biweekly individual sessions, between-session focused exercises and structured support

Together, we explore:

  • the patterns and coping strategies shaping your current life

  • the roles you learned to occupy in order to feel safe, valued, successful, or accepted

  • the emotional and psychological cost of maintaining those roles over time

  • the difference between inherited expectation and conscious intention

  • what you may be outgrowing psychologically, relationally, or professionally

  • how to begin experimenting with change in a way that feels realistic and integrated

The process is reflective, psychologically informed, and collaborative.

It combines structured formulation, guided reflection, practical experimentation, and between-session integration work.

Sometimes the most useful first step is simply understanding where you are.

You may have a sense that something in your life needs attention - but you’re not yet sure what that is, or what kind of support would actually help.

You may have tried therapy or coaching before and found it wasn’t quite the right fit. You may be considering longer-term work but want to understand what you’re dealing with before committing to it.

Or you may simply be at a point where things feel unclear - and clarity itself is what you need most right now.

The Clarity Consultation is a structured standalone session designed for exactly that moment.

What It Involves

This is not a psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, or treatment session.

It is a focused 90-minute reflective consultation preceded by a short questionnaire completed in advance.

Together we will map your current situation - the pressures, patterns and points of misalignment that are shaping your experience right now. I will offer an initial formulation of what I’m observing, and we will discuss what kind of support, if any, makes sense as a next step.

You will leave with:

• A clearer picture of what is actually happening beneath the surface

• Language for the patterns and pressures you have been navigating

• An honest assessment of what kind of support would be most useful

• A sense of direction - even if that direction is simply knowing what needs to be addressed

What Happens After

In some cases, the clarity arrived at in this session is what you were looking for. One well-held conversation that names what is happening and points toward what is needed.

In other cases it may become clear that The Reframe Space is the right next step - and we can discuss that directly.

Sometimes a different form of support is more appropriate. If so I will tell you honestly and make relevant recommendations.
