“High performers with ADHD don’t need fixing, they need space to flourish”

Special Focus: Thriving after a late ADHD Diagnosis
You’ve built a successful life. A diagnosis explains so much, yet it also raises new questions. What comes next? How do you integrate this new understanding into your sense of self, your relationships, your work? For many accomplished adults, a late ADHD diagnosis can be both clarifying and disorienting.
After the essential phase of treatment and learning (medication, systems, coaching, education), there is a moment to pause. Some people struggle under the weight of it all and retreat into limitation. Others rush back into their old lives or charge forward into the next challenge. Both are understandable. But both risk missing an extraordinary opportunity. The opportunity to pause and re-evaluate.
Reframe Space offers a transformational programme for professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs, who are ready to reclaim brilliance, creativity, and authentic presence after the dust settles from an ADHD diagnosis or other major life transition. This is a structured space to reflect, integrate, and unlock the full potential hidden within disruption.
The Opportunity after Diagnosis
A late ADHD diagnosis brings relief. It explains the hidden effort, the masking, the survival strategies.
The first steps after diagnosis are vital. Treatment, education, and systems provide the foundation for change.
But once those foundations are in place, there is a rare opportunity. A turning point.
You can rush ahead and carry on as before.
You can retreat into limitation.
Or you can pause, reflect, and integrate.
The Six-Session Reframe Space is designed for professionals, leaders, and creative minds who choose the third path. For those ready to grow through disruption, reclaim and fully unlock their creativity and agency, and step forward with authenticity and confidence.
Crisis and diagnosis can be a breaking point, or the doorway to becoming your best self! By pausing and reflecting, you open the possibility for deep growth, integration, and thriving at the next level.

1. Individual Programme: The Reframe Process
A six-session guided programme for professionals, leaders, and creative minds navigating life after a late ADHD diagnosis or another major turning point in life.
This is a structured space to pause, reflect, and reframe. New diagnoses, major life events, or transitions can unsettle our sense of self, but also hold potential for growth and transformation with the right support. Together, we explore who you are now, what has shifted, and how to connect with your authentic presence before stepping into what comes next.
You will gain clarity, language, and direction: the building blocks to carry forward into your next chapter with confidence and integrity. This is not about medication or systems. It’s about integration, reflection and claiming your best self.
Format: Six online sessions, with guided reflection between each one.
